Description

Our beautiful sashimi-grade salmon is perfect for this fresh, light tartare. Try using different soft herbs such as tarragon, chives or basil, or give things a Japanese twist with wasabi, sesame oil and lime.

  1. Cut the salmon into dice.
  2. Combine with the cucumber, spring onion, dill, cornichons and capers.
  3. Mix well and add a few shakes of Tabasco, lemon juice and salt and pepper to season.
  4. Serve at once with toast.
