Please be aware that the postal systems can be strained at this time of year. 

To avoid dissapointment we strongly advise that you dont leave your ordering until the last minute.

For items required in time for Christmas day, please place all orders by 11am on Thursday 20th December

For items required in time for New Years eve, please place all orders by 11am on Thursday 27th December

1.    We are delighted to offer our customers FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £250 to UK MAINLAND ONLY (Monday to Thursday).                                                          

2.    Standard post 1st class 0-900g is £3.99 for dry goods only Monday to Friday.

3.    Standard post 1^st class 1KG + is £5.50 for dry goods only Monday to Friday.

                   PLEASE NOTE 1^ST CLASS POST CAN TAKE 1-3 DAYS TO ARRIVE.

4.    Order before 11am for delivery next day by 5pm - £12.95  Monday to Thursday

5.    Order before 11am for delivery next day by 12pm - £17.95. Monday to Thursday.

                 WE USE ROYAL MAIL GUARANTEED SATURDAY DELIVERY

6.    Order anytime before 12pm on Friday for Saturday by 1pm   (0-2kg) £15.50.

7.   Order anytime  before 12pm on Friday for Saturday by 1pm  (2-10kg) £35.00.

8.   SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR CENTRAL LONDON MONDAY TO FRIDAY £30.00.

9.   If you would like to collect your order from our premises please call us on 0207 746 2436 to arrange a suitable time. 

10.    ALL  DELIVERIES TO JERSEY, GUERNSEY, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT AND NORTHERN IRELAND PLEASE CALL 0207 7462436  FOR A DELIVERY QUOTE. Please note that we are unable to offer a timed service to the Scottish Highlands & islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly. We reserve the right to charge extra delivery due to the geography of these areas.

We aim to dispatch all orders recieved by 11am that same day, however at peak times like christmas and New Year when we are extremely busy this is not always possible.  We will contact you if this is the case and appreciate your patience at these very busy times

Items are protected in bubble wrap  and degradable chips for extra protection. Please note that these boxes will not fit through letter boxes, so please ensure you are at home when the postman arrives to avoid disappointment.

You may be worried about fresh and frozen goods arriving with you in the correct condition. We ship all our fresh and frozen products on ice in poly boxes which ensures that the correct temperature is maintained.

As we work with small, artisan producers who may only deliver on certain days of the week certain items maybe out of stock, we will contact you if this happens.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DHL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS-IF YOU NEED TO GO OUT PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE THAT IS SIGNED AND DATED WITH INSTRUCTIONS TELLING THE DRIVER WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO DO WITH YOUR ORDER..FOR EXAMPLE - LEAVE WITH MR SMITH AT NUMBER 42. OR LEAVE A NUMBER SO THEY CAN CONTACT YOU .
