Fine Food Specialist is primarily a Fine Food Consultant -  We are here to advise on any fine food queries such as sourcing rare products, pricing dinner parties, consulting for corporate events, menu writing, flavour matching and anything else that can be associated with fine food.

We are also a new and exciting one stop, gourmet produce, online store, founded by myself - Drogo Montagu - with the ethos of passing on the savings obtained by cutting out the middle man.

At Fine Food Specialist, our motto is: 'Only the very best is good enough'. If any product we sell does not meet our extremely high standards, then we will not send it out to you...

Once a chef, always a chef!

I started my culinary career in the depths of the best restaurants in London, Australia, Switzerland and Austria. I moved from pubs, to brasseries, bistros to hotels, and spent the last 5 years in Michelin starred kitchens, spanning the globe.

I carved my way up the kitchen ladder from lowly porter, to chef de partie, sous chef and finally head chef.

From all my experience drawn from these highly acclaimed restaurants, I can safely say that i totally understand the importance of quality, and my extensive contact list of fine food producers, importers and suppliers from all over Europe has given me the opportunity to provide a professional, expert and friendly next day service.
