5J (Cinco Jotas) is considered the best brand on the market. It is not cheap, but when you taste it you will understand why... We had many customers who bought the whole leg at Christmas and loved it so much but wanted to buy it in smaller pieces, so we decided to cut and vacuum seal a batch of quater kilo chunks. The flavour of the Iberian pigs is second to none - The flavour and the fat marbling content is enhanced by their rich diet of acorns and wild shrubs and once slaughtered the meat is hung for a minimum of 36 months(30% longer that anything else on the market). The result is astounding, and having this jamon in small blocks makes the carving so easy...
