At Fine Food Specialist, we have spent time sourcing and tasting a range of specialist olive oils to make sure we sell only the very best to you.

We have a very special range of olive oils, including the incredible and famed olive oil A.O.C La Vallee des Baux, which is revered around the world for its rich, dark flavour of sun-ripened olives. We also stock Terre Bormane Bormano from Taggiasco, a late-season, cold-pressed olive oil which is prized for its low acidity.

Our Basilica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest Italian olives, which have been grown by Franciscan monks since the 12th Century.

We also stock a French olive oil – Mas Les Bouviers – which is rich, complex, aromatic and fruity and a particular favourite of our founder Drogo.

Our specialist olive oils can be used as a finishing ingredient for salads, in dressings, on top of seafood, grilled meats and shellfish, or even on vanilla ice cream – try it!
