Bath Blue, +/-900g
Bath Blue cheese is a stunning award-winning blue-veined cheese, that is creamy and crumbly. The production of this wonderful blue cheese follows a similar recipe to stilton, however each stage is done by hand on a smaller scale, which gives greater control over the end-product, and enhances the quality.
The cheese is made in the Mendip Hills, in Park Farm. The recipe for the cheese has been perfected over four generations of the Padfield Family since 1914.
