This artisan, hand-made blue cheese is produced on a family farm in Cornwall. This cheese is made using pasteurised cow’s milk, which is dry salted before maturing for 14 weeks, which makes it much younger than most blue cheeses.. It’s flavour is creamy and milky, with a buttery richness that is very different from the usual ‘salty’ flavour that most English blue cheeses are chacterized by. The perfect addition to your English cheese board!
