To showcase their spectacular taste, try boiling these prawns for thirty seconds in boiling salty water to release all the natural flavours. Alternatively, fry them off in butter, garlic and herbs for a more tapas style dish!
These prawns are sashimi-grade, which means they are of the highest quality and can be eaten raw, in sushi dishes and ceviche or carpaccio style.
