Dulce de leche is traditionally a Argentinian and Spanish delicacy. It is a milk-baked caramel which has a butterscotch and toffee flavour. The milk used makes the toffee extremely creamy and smooth. It tastes unbelievable spread onto desserts, such as cheesecakes, churros, ice-cream or banoffee pie. It is also an amazing alternative spread to jam or honey on top of pancakes.
