Order all your essential beef burgers and all you have to do is grill them up and pile them into a fluffy brioche bun with cheese and all the trimmings.

Iberico Pork is one of our favourite meats at Fine Food Specialist, so we are very excited to supply you with these delicious frozen burgers. Iberico pork burger meat comes from black pigs, and is some of the most succulent meat on the market, making it the perfect option for a juicy burger. The marbling that runs through the meat is what makes it so tender and flavoursome, as well as the pigs’ diets of acorns that characterises the unique and delicious nutty flavour. 

If you’re looking for a slightly more spicy burger, our lamb, chilli and coriander patties are sure to get your BBQ guests talking. The fragrant flavours from the spices in these burgers are truly delicious. Pan-fry or grill them and serve with the toppings of your choice!

Venison is a gamey, strong flavoured meat and makes a delicious juicy burger! These burgers are highly nutritious, high in Omega 3 and protein, with little fat due to the lean nature of venison. For an autumnal burger idea, gently fry some earthy mushrooms in butter and pop them on top of the burger, in between a delicious brioche burger bun.  

Our veal burgers are individually hand-made, weighed and pressed, using top-quality Dutch milk-fed veal. To cook, we recommend chargrilling on the bbq and seasoning with lots of salt and pepper.
