Artisan farmers in the foothills of the Pyrenees raise our delicious milk-fed lamb. It’s so highly sought after that very little is exported, so it’s not easy to obtain. The lambs only ever suckle on their mother’s milk, so they are free from antibiotics and hormones and their meat is succulent and tender. Grilled, roasted, or braised, the flavour and texture of this exceptional variety of lamb and is considered to be the very best by connoisseurs.

Milk-fed Pyrenees Lamb

Milk-fed Pyrenees lamb is a very special product and it is only available from November to June. Raised under natural techniques in the fresh air of the mountains, this lamb is unlike any other in terms of taste and texture. We offer a great range of specialist cuts for you to choose from as well. Each cut has a slightly different texture and taste and is optimal for various cooking techniques and lamb recipes. There’s whole lamb, culotte, shoulder, and plenty more to choose from within our specialist lamb section. It’s really worth exploring to find your favourite cuts when in season!

Our range of Cornish lamb is PGI certified which means that it is a protected status lamb product. The farmers are granted special award status to rear their lambs using traditional methods in the green pastures of the Cornish countryside. The PGI award only recognises the finest and is designed to uphold high food standards.
