Smoked Ricotta, +/-600g
Smoked ricotta is made from cow’s milk whey. This smoked ricotta cheese is smoked and pressed according to the rural tradition of Friuli. It does not have a rind and is ideal for cooking or grating over pasta. Smoked ricotta is sweet, but slightly tart with moderate smoky notes.
