4 Lamb coriander and chilli burgers
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cucumber finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chilli oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 spring onions cut into short strips
- 1 small bunch coriander, leaves picked
