This is the perfect way to liven up a bowl of Brussels sprouts. Simply boiled, they're dressed with plenty of our black garlic butter, which is sweet and salty with a rich caramelised flavour. This may just convert the sprout haters at the table!

Brussels Sprouts with Black Garlic Butter

500g Brussels sprouts trimmed

100g black garlic butter
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
Directions
Method
- Step 1, Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water, then drain well.
- Step 2, Coat the sprouts with as much of the butter as you like, and add a small squeeze of lemon juice to serve.
