320g cooked lobster meat

2 brioche hot dog rolls or buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Small squeeze
- lemon juice

Handful garlic chives
Directions
Method
- Step 1, Pat the lobster meat dry and chop into large chunks.
- Step 2, Combine the lobster meat with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
- Step 3, Lightly toast the buns and fill with the lobster meat.
- Step 4, Top with the garlic chives and serve.
