Ingredients
100g pea shoots
Small handful mint leaves
- 50g walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice, or more to taste
Sourdough toast or crackers, to serve
Directions
Step 1, Reserve a few pea shoots for garnish, then place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse to a paste, seasoning with salt.
