This simple cocktail is full of bright green apple flavour from our vibrant apple puree. With a cinnamon and demerara sugar rim, the sweetness, acidity and whisky burn of this cocktail is amazing all autumn long (but especially for a Halloween party!)

Poison Apple Cocktail

Ingredients

    • 50ml whisky

    • 150g apple puree

    • 30ml lemon juice

    • 100ml boiling water

    • 20g brown sugar

    • 20g white sugar

    blank

    • 3 teaspoons demerara sugar

    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • Crystallised ginger

    Directions

    1. Wet the glass of your choice with a slice of lemon and dip into the cinnamon sugar rim mix.

    2. Shake together all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.

    3. Pour into the glass and garnish with a piece of crystallised ginger on a cocktail stick for a fiery bite.
