This simple cocktail is full of bright green apple flavour from our vibrant apple puree. With a cinnamon and demerara sugar rim, the sweetness, acidity and whisky burn of this cocktail is amazing all autumn long (but especially for a Halloween party!)
Ingredients

50ml whisky

150g apple puree

30ml lemon juice
Sugar syrup

100ml boiling water

20g brown sugar
-
20g white sugar
Sugar rim

3 teaspoons demerara sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Garnish
-
Crystallised ginger
Directions
Wet the glass of your choice with a slice of lemon and dip into the cinnamon sugar rim mix.
Shake together all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
Pour into the glass and garnish with a piece of crystallised ginger on a cocktail stick for a fiery bite.
