These salted chocolate ganache tarts are an indulgent yet wonderfully simple dessert, combining crisp chocolate tart cases with a rich, silky dark chocolate ganache and a delicate sprinkle of flaky sea salt. With just a handful of ingredients and minimal preparation, these elegant chocolate tartlets are perfect for dinner parties, celebrations or an impressive sweet canapé.

The contrast between deep, bittersweet chocolate and the subtle savoury character of sea salt makes these mini chocolate tarts particularly irresistible. The smooth dark chocolate ganache sets beautifully inside the ready-made tart shells, creating a luxurious texture and rich chocolate flavour in every bite.

If you're looking for an easy chocolate ganache tart recipe that looks sophisticated without requiring complicated pastry work, these salted chocolate tarts are an excellent choice. They can also be customised with a layer of salted caramel or dulce de leche, then finished with chopped nuts or grated white chocolate for an extra-special touch.
