The puff pastry apple tart is baked until the pastry is risen and golden and the apples are tender, then finished with delicate apple blossom for a beautiful seasonal touch. The combination of crisp pastry, caramelised apple and fragrant cinnamon makes this apple blossom tart both simple to prepare and impressive to serve.
