Preparing sashimi at home is delightfully easy provided you have a sharp knife and high-quality fish to work with. Luckily, we sell a fantastic range of sashimi grade fish and we’re going to share a few tips to make the experience perfect. In this recipe we use tuna, but you can swap out for salmon or hiramasa if you prefer.

Method
- Step 1, Clean and pat fish dry
- Step 2, Cut tuna into slices the thickness of a pound coin. Around 5 pieces per serving or depending on the size of your serving plate. Scale up according to the number of guests.
- Step 3, Arrange the sashimi pieces on plate. Grate over lime zest for a hint of freshness and garnish with an assortment of edible flower and herbs. Serve with soy sauce and freshly grated wasabi.
