With so many types of product available from our online store, we have a smart delivery approach that helps us ensure that when you receive your purchase from Fine Food Specialist, it’s to the standards and in the condition you need to create a culinary wonder in your kitchen.

How do you protect products during delivery?

We use dry ice, ice sheets and thermal packaging to keep your products frozen and/or chilled in transit. We use extra ice sheets and dry ice during warm weather. 95% of our shipments arrive frozen but we can’t guarantee this. However, your products should still be at a very low temperature when you open your box and therefore suitable to put in your freezer. Refreezing is only dangerous if the product has reached 5C. Your order leaves us at 6pm and arrives the following day (normally by 6pm). Less than 1% of our deliveries arrive a day late. Orders are well packaged and can cope with such a delay.

We have included information relevant to the possibility of a day-late delivery in our terms and conditions. However, you can rest assured that this only happens on very rare occasions. If your order has not arrived by 4pm on your chosen delivery day, please call us and we will chase it on your behalf.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver 5 days a week including Saturdays. We don’t deliver on Sundays or on Mondays because we don’t work on the weekends – everybody needs a break!

We do! You can get Saturday Delivery by simply selecting weekend shipping when completing your order.  Saturday Deliveries are typically delivered by midday (8am - 12 noon).

We offer same-day delivery to selected London postcodes. Order before 11am Monday-to-Friday for delivery later the same day.  Includes delivery to:

Customers in locations that are hard to ship to might require a 2- or 3-day transit time.  If you live in one of the following locations,

I live outside of Great Britain and Ireland. Will you deliver to me?

Due to post-Brexit Customs restrictions on the international transportation of foodstuffs, we are not currently able to offer delivery overseas or to the UK Channel Islands.
