Brussels Sprouts with Black Garlic Butter

Description

This is the perfect way to liven up a bowl of Brussels sprouts. Simply boiled, they're dressed with plenty of our black garlic butter, which is sweet and salty with a rich caramelised flavour. 

This may just convert the sprout haters at the table! 

  1. Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water, then drain well.
  2. Coat the sprouts with as much of the butter as you like, and add a small squeeze of lemon juice to serve.
