King Crab Legs with Curried Mayonnaise

King crab legs are huge with lots of firm white meat inside, which is perfect for dipping or spreading onto bread with curried mayonnaise. The combination would also make a luxurious sandwich on light brown bread.

2 cooked king crab legs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder or to taste
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Bread to serve

- Step 1, Combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder and a squeeze of lemon, to taste.
- Step 2, Use crab crackers, a nutcracker or something heavy (like a small hammer!) to break the crab claw and prise the meat out. The legs can be cut with scissors.
- Step 3, Serve with the bread, mayonnaise and extra lemon wedges.
