Mushroom & Truffle Tortelloni, 1kg
The moist, springy texture and rich fragrance of mushroom is a fantastic match for ricotta’s smoothness, and what better ingredient to add than pieces of black truffle? A classic combination of luxury aromatic flavours encased in a hand-made tortelloni shell – absolutely delicious enjoyed with a glass of dry white wine.
To prepare, place pasta in a sieve/colander and shake out the excess flour over a bin. Cook for 2-3 mins in boiling water.
This product is made to order and is delivered fresh, but can be frozen upon receipt.
