Nduja is a spreadable and spicy salami that originated in Calabria and it is considered one of the most exclusive charcuterie products to come from that area. This nduja comes in a jar making it very convenient to store or add to the antipasti platter. Simply spread on some fresh bread or use it to season your pasta sauces.

Storage / Shelf life: Ambiently (minimum 6 months), once opened cover with olive oil and keep refrigerated. 

Ingredients: Pork fat, pork meat, Calabrian chili 28%, olive oil 7%, salt. No presrvatives and dyes.
