Upstairs, our office team keeps everything running seamlessly, while downstairs, our warehouse crew works tirelessly to ensure every order is handled with care. Rash and Melissa in Customer Service are the friendly voices behind the scenes, always going the extra mile to make sure every customer has a positive experience, every single time. Gosia M and Bex bring our brand to life, curating the content you see across our website and social channels, while JP keeps everything tech running smoothly behind the scenes.

Down in the warehouse, Victor leads as Operations Manager, supported by Gosia B in logistics and Santi as Fulfilment Manager. Jason and Marissa make sure every order is picked and packed with precision, while Gregor and Moha oversee goods in, maintaining the highest standards of quality and control.
