The subtle flavour of squid works really well with spicier flavours such as chilli or chorizo. These frozen baby squid have been cleaned and de-inked, so can be instantly used once thawed. They also taste amazing simply grilled, drizzled with lemon and tossed into summer salads.

There are around 20-40 baby squids in a 800g pack – each squid is around 2-3 inches long.
