Baby Squid, Frozen, 800g (20-40)

To create a traditional and much loved Spanish dish, coat the baby squid in flour or batter and deep fry to make calamari. The subtle flavour of squid works really well with spicier flavours such as chilli or chorizo. These frozen baby squid have been cleaned and de-inked, so can be instantly used once thawed. They also taste amazing simply grilled, drizzled with lemon and tossed into summer salads.

There are around 20-40 baby squids in a 800g pack – each squid is around 2-3 inches long.
