Our beef lasagne – featuring a traditional slow-cooked Bolognese sauce and creamy béchamel – is inspired by the culinary heritage of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The beef Bolognese is rich and savoury, developed through slow cooking to build depth, with minced beef simmered in tomatoes, herbs and aromatics until full-bodied and intensely flavourful. Cooking Instructions: How to Cook Beef Lasagne

• For best results, ensure this product is thoroughly heated before serving. Cook until the centre reaches 80°C for at least 6 seconds to confirm it is piping hot throughout. 
• Once opened, store any remaining product in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. For the best flavour and quality, reheat only the portion required and avoid repeated reheating.
