For best results, bring the steak to room temperature before cooking, season simply with salt and cook in a very hot pan to your preferred doneness. Allow to rest before slicing and serving.

Please note: These steaks are individually cut from a larger Wagyu sirloin. As the natural shape and dimensions of the whole sirloin vary, the shape and thickness of each steak may differ in order to achieve the approximate 300g portion weight.
