Black Truffle Sauce, 180g

Our very own Fine Food Specialist brand black truffle sauce is a rich and flavourful sauce, made from a classic recipe using traditional methods. This black truffle sauce is 10% truffle, and offers a wonderfully pungent truffle aroma to add depth and complement savoury dishes, such as risottos and pasta.

Ingredients:

Champignon mushrooms, black summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt.) (10%), truffle juice [water, black summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt.)], onion, butter (cultured cream), salt, flavor and spices.

NB: Store in a cupboard - once opened, please keep refrigerated.
