Brown Shrimp, Peeled, from Frozen, 100g

Brown shrimp, also known as grey shrimp, are very small crustaceans, measuring only about a centimetre long. Thanks to their size they are fantastic as a garnish in a shellfish sauce or to eat on warm buttered toast before dinner. They have a full-bodied, rich and slightly sweet flavour, making them incredibly moreish.
