Chef's Shellfish Stock, 1L

It provides an excellent base for soups, bouillabaisses, fish pies, paellas, risottos, and plenty more seafood dishes, plus you can even freeze it if you want to make the carton last a bit longer.

Ingredients: Shellifsh fond (made from Water, shrimps, carrot, onion, tomato puree (double concentrated), celery, white wine , black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), brandy, salt, hot sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt).
