This wonderful duo of our very own Fine Food Specialist black and white truffle sauce is one of our favourite larder staples. These magical sauces are packed with a deep and rich truffle flavour. Both products are great for pastas,risottos, or for spreading onto meat like a beef wellington and can even be used in sauces and dressings too. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly.
