A classic combination of luxury aromatic flavours encased in a hand-made tortelloni shell – absolutely delicious enjoyed with a glass of dry white wine.
Details
To prepare, place pasta in a sieve/colander and shake out the excess flour over a bin. Cook for 2-3 mins in boiling water.
