The 15 year old bottle of Balsamic has a delicious oaky undertone resulting from its time spent maturing in large oak barrels in the heart of Modena Italy. When drizzled on a roasted rack of juicy lamb or added to salad dressing the balsamic, with its subtle sweetness, is the perfect ingredient. The 20 year bottle gives thicker, more syrupy flavour that the 15 Year and can be used in much the same way but is also a delicious addition to desserts like ripe strawberries with creme fraiche ice cream.
