Long Clawson Mini Stilton, Whole Wheel, +/-2.2kg

Long Clawson Blue Stilton is a delicious cheese to have in the fridge over the festive period. Each individual stilton cheese is hand-selected and graded to ensure that it is of the highest quality. Each stilton is at least eight weeks old, which gives it its punchy, mature flavour and crumbly texture. The cheese is made with locally sourced milk, which is what gives it its PDO status (Long Clawson is one of only 6 dairies in the world that can make stilton).
