Minature peppers, sometimes known as ornamental peppers, are a delicious little vegetable. They can be eaten raw, with a mild flavour and crunch, or they can be roasted which brings out their sweetness. Try roasting with parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil for a delicious summer side dish.
