PGI Cornish Lamb Sirloin, Fresh, 2 x +/-250g

Lamb sirloin steaks are tender, cut from the lamb's loin. A lamb steak can be cooked in a similar way to a beef sirloin steak; we recommend cooking medium-rare as they are fairly lean. Perfect with a drizzling of lamb gravy, cooked with shallots and red wine and served with a generous portion of triple cooked chips.
