Pheasants naturally graze on a natural diet of berries, acorns and buds, which brings out a unique and gamey flavour. They are a delicacy that are delicious either roasted with a little bacon wrapped around the bird, or alternatively in an autumnal casserole.

Please note: due to the nature of these birds being hunted in the wild, they may contain small shots.
