Prepared Wasabi, Tube, 43g

This handy seasoning is a deliciously hot and spicy accompaniment to a number of dishes. Wasabi’s flavour is more similar in taste to hot mustard then chilli peppers, and is the perfect addition to sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

For a change, try mixing a little bit into our tamari dipping sauce to add a hint of spiciness. It is also perfect for marinating seafood and meat, and gives a lovely edge to salad dressing and Japanese noodle sauces.
