Using only the best Italian pumpkins, this handmade tortelloni is full of an earthy and sweet filling of pumpkin, combined with creamy ricotta and enhanced with a little sage. The perfect filled pasta for a delicious vegetarian Italian pasta night!

This product is made to order and is delivered fresh, but can be frozen upon receipt.

Ingredients: Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.
Filling (44%): Pumpkin (54%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Nutmeg.

Dusted with rice flour.
