Rougie bloc of goose foie gras is a a delightful treat for those special occasions like Christmas and New Year. Rich and velvety in texture, we suggest spreading the goose foie gras on warm toasted brioche and drinking Sauternes or Tokaji wine which are the perfect accompaniment to the foie gras.
