Our sashimi products are not suitable for home freezing. Although we recommend our sashimi products are best consumed fresh, within 24 hours of receipt, they will have best-before dates up to 2 days after delivery.

You should stick to simple but statement flavours such as citrus zest, finely diced shallots, gherkins or capers and some aromatic extra virgin olive oilwith a generous seasoning of fleur de sel and white pepper. Marinade for at least 15 minutes before serving.
