Sauvaget Cendre 180g

Selles Sur Cher is a delightful looking goats cheese which is covered in a distinctive grey mould, retaining an extra strong flavour. It is soft in the middle with a slightly salty taste and originates from central France. It maintains its artisan, traditional method of production, dating back to the 19th century.
