Serve with creamy truffled pomme puree and a mousseline sauce.
Our Turbot is Farmed and graded as a 1-2kg fish
NB: Please note that the weight is for the whole fish; once the fish has been scaled and gutted, the delivered weight will be 15-20% less than the whole fish weight.
