Red Prawns, Shelled, Sashimi Grade, from Frozen, 2 x +/-80g

These sashimi-grade red prawns are caught off the coast of North Eastern and Western Africa, where the conditions are optimal for nurturing this species. The prawns are wonderfully sweet in flavour and the stunning colour comes from the bright red shell. These are perfect for adding to pasta or risotto dishes or even just frying with garlic and chilli. They come shelled and frozen for your convenience (there may be traces of shell and we'd recommend deveining). Please note we send the red prawns frozen but they might arrive fresh due to the thickness of the product.

Origin: North East and West African coast

Please note: This product is sashimi grade, so can be eaten raw. The prawns are deep-frozen at -30 degrees.
