A must-try for seafood fans, these handmade tortelloni are the perfect balance of salty, creamy and more-ish, and are at their best in any sauce with a hint of lemon...in fact, you could get away with just a squeeze of lemon juice, some good quality olive oil and chives to garnish. Serve as a Friday night treat, or as a starter for a seafood-themed dinner party – they pave the way brilliantly for salmon, trout, sea bass and other fish-based main courses.

The crab meat is combined with fresh mascarpone to add a creaminess to the flavour of the pasta, and the charcoal in the pasta dough adds a stylish asthetic! 

Cook for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. This product has 5 days shelf life and is suitable for freezing.

NB: 1kg of tortelloni serves 8 people - contains around 35-40 pcs
