Method
- Step 1, Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
- Step 2, Melt the truffle butter in a pan large enough to hold the pasta. Transfer the pasta along with a generous splash of the cooking water, shaking and stirring the pan to emulsify.
- Step 3, Serve immediately with plenty of Perigord truffle shaved on top!
