Ingredients
For the salsa verde

Handful fresh mint leaves, stripped from the hard stems

20ml apple cider vinegar

Flaky salt, to season
For the crisps
Directions
Make the salsa verde: By blending together the herbs, garlic clove vinegar, olive oil, salt and chilli flakes.
Layer the crisps: With the slices of jamon Iberico and generous drizzles of the salsa verde.
