These mini bagels are great for an easy gathering. Seaweed in the cream cheese adds a unique twist to traditional salmon bagels, making them a surefire hit with your guests.
We used Ora smoked king salmon for these canapes. This smoked salmon is the ultimate indulgence for seafood lovers, known to be the most exquisite and luxurious smoked salmon you'll ever taste.

Mini Salmon & Seaweed Bagels

20 mini bagels

100g smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, thinly minced

3 tbsp seaweed salad

A handful of micro garlic chive

A handful of dill
Directions
Method
- Step 1, In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, garlic and the seaweed salad until fully incorporated.
- Step 2, Slice your bagels in half and top the bottom half with the seaweed cream cheese, a thin slice of smoked salmon, red onion slices, micro chives and dill. Top with the other half of the bagel and serve.
